Children's Ministries

At Westford Church we value and love each child as one of God's special creations. We believe that the early years of life are critical spiritual development. Our Children's Worship, Sunday School, Nursery & Preschool, midweek activities, Upward Basketball and special music programs reinforce the fact that each child has unique gifts of great value.

Sunday School
Sunday school classes meet from 9:45-10:30 AM. Each class is taught by a team of dedicated church members using United Methodist curriculum.

Nursery & Preschool
These classes are available during both Sunday worship services and for special events. Please contact Shawna Reed for the 8:30 AM service or Amy Alexander for the 10:30 AM service if you would like to participate.

Westford Weekday Preschool
Our preschool provides children an opportunity to participate in early learning experiences within a safe and nurturing Christian environment. Classes available for ages 2, 3, & 4 year olds, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9 AM - 1 PM. For more information please contact Mrs. Denise Griffiths at (704) 782-1423 extension 224.

Seasonal Ministries

Please Note Our Safe Sanctuary Guidelines which are designed to insure the safety and well being of our youth and children. Our main area of safeguard is that no child or youth be in any part of our building without proper adult supervision. If your child or teenager needs to leave the Sanctuary during the service, it will be necessary for a parent to go with them. We appreciate your help in making our church a safe place.
